(Oslo, 2. October 2007) Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has now completed the work over of the second, of a total of seven, oilwells on the company's license in Orenburg, Russia. Well # 39 is put on test production and is now producing oil.

(Oslo, September 11th 2007) Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has initiated the work over of the second of in total seven wells on the Bogdanovskaya licence in Orenburg. An additional rig will now be leased to increase the work over capacity going forward.

AOGC - Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA expands in Russia
(Oslo, August 28, 2007) Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has entered into an agreement to purchase the remaining 28.5% of the shares in Larchbay Traders & Consultants Ltd. Larchbay Traders & Consultants owns the Russian company OOO Geotechnologia. The transaction is settled by the issue of 1.345.000 shares in Aladdin Oil & Gas Company.

AOGC - Aladdin Oil & Gas Co. ASA - Status 3D Seismic - Orenburg
Structural interpretation of the 3D seismic that was shot earlier this year has been completed. Initial results indicate the presence of additional structures, previously not mapped on the main known producing formations of the field, and confirms the structures that have been drilled based on 2D seismic.

Spudding well 16A: Based on additional seismic data and well data, the MS license has now been updated with another four structures/prospects (nos 16, 17, 18 and 19). This provides further interesting drilling locations. Our structure/prospect map on our website www.aogc.no will be updated in the near future to reflect this.

Workover: The workover of the company's 7 existing wells have been delayed. This was caused by AOGC's conversion from AS to ASA, which required that a substantial amount of documentation had to take place, again.
