(Oslo, 16th June 2008). Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has completed the first part of the testing of the latest gas well on the MS-license in Timan-Pechora. The test results so far are promising and show excellent production properties.

Significant gas discovery on Aladdin license in Timan-Pechora
(Oslo, June 12th, 2008). Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has drilled another successful gas well on the MS-license in Timan-Pechora. The well indicates that the structure is larger and the gas zone is thicker than previously thought.

Demanding first quarter for Aladdin Oil & Gas Company
(Oslo, 22 May 2008) Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA reported an operating loss of NOK 6.2 million in the first quarter of 2008, following the investments and operating activities on the company's Russian licences. The company expects the existing fields in Orenburg to produce 500 to 700 bopd by the end of 2008.

LOI to Acquire Four Russian Oil Licences for MUSD 17,5
(Oslo, May 13 2008) Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has entered into a letter of intent to acquire 80 percent of four Russian oil licences in the Orenburg-area for USD 17, 5 million. One of the licences is presently in production and produces approximately 250 barrels of oil per day. The total reserves, C1 and C2, are estimated to 25 million barrels.

(Oslo, 18. April 2008) Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has succeeded in raising NOK 45 million in the previously announced Private Placement. The Private Placement was at NOK 10,50 per share. Aladdin Oil & Gas identifies significant reef structure in Orenburg
(Oslo, 25 March 2008) The processing and interpretation of Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA's recent 3D seismic on the Bogdanovskaya-license in Orenburg has revealed the existence of a substantial reef structure. The structure covers approximately 5 sq.kms and has the potential of holding 200 Million barrels of oil in place. This is a promising development.
