AOGC - Spudding of reef prospect and new gas well
Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA is planning to spud a well on the reef prospect as well as on the gas field 24th December. The company is now entering a very active season where in addition to the drilling program a gas pipeline will be constructed and the gas field will be put on stream.

AOGC - First part of second phase paid
Venatino Trading Ltd. (VTL) has paid NOK 7 030 000 to Fondsfinans' escrow account, as the first payment of the private placement's second phase of a total of NOK 36 960 000. The second phase will be fully paid before the end of December.

AOGC - Well 12B on WU license spudded
AOGC has today spudded well 12B on the WU license in the Timan-Pechora province in Russia, thereby opening the 2008/2009 drilling season. This is a follow-up well to well 12A which was drilled in 1998, and where oil was discovered.

Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA: The first instalment is conluded by Venatino Trading Limited
As previously reported, Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has agreed to a private placement by Venatino Trading Limited. Venatino Trading Limited, (VTL) - a subsidiary of Lakeshore International Management Inc, has today paid NOK 6 160 000 for 800,000 shares at a price of NOK 7,70 to an escrow account with Fondsfinans ASA.

Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA (AOGC) and Lakeshore International Inc. have today agreed a new size, price and structure of the transaction which will provide approximately NOK 155 Mill. to AOGC.

AOGC - Accelerates E&P Activities after Lakeshore International Management Inc. Transaction
(Oslo, September 5th 2008)The Extraordinary General Meeting of Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA approved the NOK 136.5 million private placement towards the Swiss management company Lakeshore International Management Inc. The transaction enables the company to accelerate the E&P program and to acquire three additional licenses in the Orenburg area.

AOGC - Entered into private placement agreement towards foreign investor group
(Oslo, 21 August 2008): Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has entered into a binding letter of intent, with a foreign investor group regarding an private placement of 14 million shares at NOK 9,75 per share. The proceeds will be used to strengthening the company's working capital, and to acquire three additional licenses in the Orenburg area, whereas one already is in production.

(Oslo, August 21st 2008) Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA reported an operating loss of NOK 4.9 million in the second quarter of 2008, following the investments and operating activities on the company's Russian licences. The company is on track developing the gas project in Uktha.

AOGC - Hans-Axel Jahren appointed as General Manager
(Oslo, 6th August 2008) The Board of Directors of Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has appointed Hans-Axel Jahren as acting General Manager of the company. He succeeds, Espen Glende, who will assume the position of operational manager with main responsibility to develop the Russian licenses.
