AOGS is pleased to announce that the recently announced issue of 650 bonds with warrants attached was successfully closed yesterday. The issue, which was managed by Fondsfinans ASA, was oversubscribed.
The gross proceeds of NOK 65,000,000 will be used to fund the acquisition of remaining 45% of shares in ZAO Orneftegaz and to secure liquidity for general corporate purposes.
