(Oslo, December 12th, 2007) The Extraordinary General Meeting (December 6th) in Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA unanimously approved two topics on the agenda: The issue of a new bond and the election of Cecilie Ditlev Simonsen as a new member of the board of directors.

In addition, it has been exercised 54 500 warrants in Aladdion Oil & Gas Company of a total of 1 462 500 issued warrants in AOW07 with maturity November 29th.
