The main points of the closing of the purchase of ZAO Orneftegaz were completed last week. AOGC has initiated the move of the company’s office from Samara to Orenburg. The transfer of the company’s protcols, change of board of directors, accounting and geological files is still outstanding, these formalities are planned to be completed next week. AOGC estimates start up of necessary workovers on selected wells in approximately 3 weeks time.
