Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA would like to announce that Ms. Linda Dowding has resigned as a board member of the Company effective 7th of February, 2013. Ms. Dowding was elected under General Meeting in April 2011. The resignation was mutually agreed by the parties in light Ms. Dowding expressing her desire to spend more time with her family and of Aladdin taking steps to cut costs.

The current board of directors is fully compliant with Norwegian rules and requirements and has sufficient expertise to further develop company assets.

The Company wishes to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Ms. Dowding for her work and commitment throughout the years and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
