After serving Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA as board member since November 2010, Einar Lyche has resigned from the board as he commenced employment with SEB in Oslo.

The Company wishes to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Lyche for his work and commitment to the management and board during these years.

There will be no election of a new board member at the moment.
