Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA increases their oil production in Orenburg. Current work program will result in daily production of about 1000 to 1500 barrel of oil per day (bopd) at the end of second quarter 2010.

The company has managed to increase the oil production in Orenburg to the current level of about 300 bopd. This oil is being sold to local refineries for about USD 40 per barrel. Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA (AOGC) has planned an extensive work program to further increase oil production from existing wells. In addition the company will develop 3 small oil fields in these licenses around Orenburg.

This work program will be conducted in 3 phases, initiated with simple and inexpensive well operations and completed with sidetracks of existing well and moderate expenses. All the major international oil service companies are present in the Orenburg region, specializing in these types of operations.

These planned operations will increase the company’s total oil production in Orenburg to estimated range of 1000 – 1500 bopd by the end of 2nd.Quarter 2010.
