(Oslo, August 4th. 2010) Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA has now registered the equity issue and conversion of debt of July, in the Norwegian Trade Register – Foretaksregisteret. The shares will be issued as soon as possible.

AOGC has registered the equity issue of total NOK 32 mill in new capital, and the conversion of debt of total NOK 140 mill., including all interests. This is now registered in the Norwegian Trade Register, and the shares will be issued as soon as possible.
