Well A on Prospect 3 on the Middle Sedolskaya Block was spudded March 14. It is estimated that the drilling will take 4-5 weeks. This is the second well which is drilled based on the seismic data which was acquired in 2006, on which 15 structures have been mapped.

The drilling is being conducted by Geotechnologia, using the company’s own rig and crew. Geotechnologia has total operational and technical control. Total depth of the well is estimated around 330m or to basement. Three prospective reservoir horizons are expected to be encountered.
