Russian Oil & Gas Company Set to Merge With Araca Energy ASA
The Russian oil and gas company PJSC Petrarko ("Petrarko") has signed a «Heads of Terms» agreement with Araca Energy ASA ("Araca"). Petrarko has proven P2-reserves of 250 million barrels and a daily production volume of 5,500 BOE.
